Training

The focus is all about you! You set yourself time in the diary which is yours every week & commit to change & I will work with you to help you reach your goals. Together we will work on a programme designed specifically for you. I can also give you nutritional advice, explaining the basics of nutritional intake / calories Verses expenditure. Together we will monitor your progress using measurements taken on a regular basis.

Group

Group Training

You share your session with up to 2 other people and 1 PT, these could be family, friends or even work colleagues. The idea is that you motivate & encourage each other – it is a great way to share camaraderie & breaking down barriers that perhaps may have stopped you from training on your own in the past. The programme is for everyone, but personalised by me the PT ensuring the weights, technique and intensity is right for each person. The motivation is driven by the PT and everyone else in the group.

Classes

Classes

You book into a class yourself or with a friend & take part in a range of exercises that vary from week to week. There can be up to 16 people in a class & you together you can help to encourage and motivate each other – this is a great way to make new friends and share camaraderie. The classes are suitable for all fitness levels as you work at your own ability level. As a PT I will ensure the weights, technique and intensity is right for each person taking part in the class. I will offer encouragement & enthusiasm throughout the class & hopefully you will enjoy a social excerise experience.
